Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original
packaging.
- The item must have been purchased through this site.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return:

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Refunds:
- If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@wingsgroup.co.za.
