Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are available only for addresses within South Africa.
Orders over R1,000 qualify for free delivery. Orders under R1,000 will incur a R99 delivery charge.
Please note:
- Orders will be shipped once payment has been received and confirmed by our accounts department.
- We do not sell individual units through our online platform; we only sell cases. If you wish to purchase individual units, please visit your nearest retailer or deli.
- Courier Service: All orders are shipped using reputable local courier companies.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
- Delivery Time: Deliveries generally take 3-6 working days.
- Public Holidays: Please note that our courier service does not deliver on public holidays, which may cause delays. To inquire about whether your order will be delivered on time, please email us at info@wingsgroup.co.za.
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver only within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Order Modifications or Cancellations: Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be made. Please double-check your order before confirming.
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at info@wingsgroup.co.za with photos of the damaged items, and we will assist you with a resolution.
- Business Hours: Orders are processed during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays.
